本論文ではJGSS-2006の個票データを用い，外食・中食需要関数と夫と妻ぞれぞれの夕食準備に関する拡張版自治モデルを推定し，外食と弁当の利用が夕食準備を軽減するのは常勤職の妻であることを明らかにした．
