A Review of Repeated Measurement of Self-esteem

We surveyed several studies that measured self-esteem in multiple times for the same individual
 and pointed out the problems and issues in the study. Focusing on "state" self-esteem rather than "trait"
 we described the features and possibilities of the one-day reconstruction method and the very short version scale. From the viewpoint of the relationship between changes and stability of self-esteem and individual adjustment and mental health
 the prospects of future studies that measure multiple times of self-esteem were presented.
