本稿は、日本の植民地支配下における朝鮮人労働者動員を、国家と資本が結合する収奪と搾取の 構造として捉え直すものである。土地調査事業に始まる生産基盤の剥奪は、朝鮮人を賃労働へと編 成し、戦時期には割当募集・官斡旋・国民徴用を通じて、高危険労働へ集中的に動員した。本稿は、 こうした動員を一時的な戦時現象としてではなく、戦後の公害問題や外国人労働者問題にも連続す る構造として位置づける。
