In this study, we have developed a 3D-city model for Urban Planning and Design Support of the Minami-cho Hiwasa district in Tokushima Prefecture. Firstly, we investigated about building condition, actual landscape and the disaster information. We developed 3D-city model based on these data arranged by the City Engine. Our model has two functions which are the 3D viewing of Hiwasa and the landscape evaluation. The model was evaluated by the staff of Minami town office to show the validity.
