律蔵に説かれる規定の中には「尼薩耆波逸提」と呼ばれる一群の規則が存在するが、その第10条は規則の内容だけでなく、律蔵成立史の点からみても特異な性格を有している。本論文では、現存する諸律に説かれる第10条を比較検討し、条文と因縁物語との間に不整合が見られることを明らかにした。その結果、諸律に改変された形跡の存在を指摘し、律蔵成立史の実状を解明する事実が判明した。（総16頁）
