漢語仏典における偈の律動

紀元前後のころに仏教が中国に伝来し、聖典の漢訳がはじまるのは150年代である。それ以後試行錯誤を繰り返しながら翻訳の標準が定められていった。本稿では初期漢訳において偈頌の律動（音数律、声律、韻律）を配慮したものが存在することを指摘するとともに、それがいったいいかなる意味を持つのかを考察した。
