This research continues to explore how APTN (Arts and Crafts Portfolio Tablet Notebook) is related to the development of children's qualities and abilities ("knowledge and skills
" "thinking
judgment
and expression
" and "ability to learn") in the arts and crafts. This time
the focus was set on how to formulate individual goals. In the second half of the school year
the teacher presented the subject matter objectives to students during the lesson time
and based on this
the students formulated their own "individual goals for the lesson" by filling out the APTN sheet for each lesson period. The results of the survey showed that by sharing the subject matter objectives
the individual student goals for the lesson became more specific and multifaceted (with an awareness of the three qualities and abilities of the objectives)
and were significantly related to the development of the ability to learn (i.e.
a proactive attitude towards learning).
