これまで発達遅滞児の臨床で有効であったＨＰＳＴプログラムについてＡＤ／ＨＤに対して適用できるようにプログラムを新たに修正し新たな開発を試み20例に実施した結果の報告をおこなった。セッションの無いようにトークンシステム外出先での工夫の追加を行いアセスメントとしてＣＢＣＬ、ＡＤＨＤ／ＲＳ、ＨＳＱを用いた客観的な効果測定を行ったところ本プログラムは子どもの行動変容に対して有効であることが明らかになった。 Menta M.
