報告者の執筆した論文の文献研究を行った．統合失調症者の親元から自立に関する「契機」は，本人と家族の葛藤関係の比率が高く，「提案者」は本人，家族，専門職を様々である．「促進要因」では，信頼出来る「人」と日中活動の「場」の獲得があり，「阻害要因」として，本人の易疲労がある．専門職は，同居の親も支援対象とし，本人と親双方への働きかけと調整が重要であることが示唆された．
