精神障害の親をもつ子どもへの支援を行うドイツの CHIMPSプログラムについて、文献検討と現地調査を行った。プログラムは①親面談 、②子ども面談、③家族面談が行われ、参加後の家族のQOL 尺度等が有意に高くなっていた。親子が日常の中で問題や感情を話し合えるように支えること、家族内外の人間関係の構築や社会資源の活用に至るまでのサポートをすることの重要性が示唆された．
